Ascent specializes in off-line programming (OLP) services for robotic and machine cells. OLP reduces the time and cost of robot integration, reducing the overall cost of the entire system for our customers.

With the combination of simulation software and post-processing software, we have the ability to prove out functionality, reach and throughput efficiency as well as cycle times. These programs can then be loaded directly to PLCs.

Hardware and Software Design

Ascent provides fully automated controls systems, including hardware and software design, panel build, field wiring, and system integration services. Our controls solutions include feasibility studies, defining requirements, startup and commissioning, documentation and support services. Our controls team works with the customer to define the project requirements to ensure the automation system functions to the required standards. As a UL-508A certified industrial control panel shop, we provide quality control panel builds in accordance with the hardware design and have the capability to meet the most demanding customer schedules.
