Supports the sales managers across Europe in order to provide solutions for the day to day needs that they face in the field. Helps manage the company’s digital communication, in conjunction with the global marketing team, to grow the company audience and coordinate the communication resources (documents, presentations, pictures, videos…). Market awareness is essential as it plays a critical role in supporting our sales team. Active communication will help in boosting the brand image of our company and pave the way for successful sales operations.

1. Sales Support to Sales Managers:
a) Create and manage a centralized customer database, ensure the availability of data and secure ease of use for the sales managers
b) Upon sales managers’ request, investigate the prospects’ accounts, find, filter, and qualify leads so that the sales managers can contact them, focus on pitching sales, and prepare their sales strategies
c) Connect with prospects via phone or digital tools upon request by company management
2. Community Management / Handling Tools:
a) Market communication
• Support the editorial committee and ensure the action plan is achieved
• Interact with the teams in Europe, manage, use, and adapt the communication resources (pictures, movies…), help create messages/posts for social media
• Support team members in their use of LinkedIn
• Grow the company audience on LinkedIn by administrating the page and content
b) Managing tools (documents, presentations, pictures…)
• Make sure that the tools are available and standardized (across Europe, for presentations), are easy to use and modify with minimal efforts for sales managers
• A business mindset
• Ability to communicate and take responsibility
• Ability to plan and execute actions independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluent in English
• Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator skills are strongly appreciated
• Ongoing degree in Management, Sales or Marketing
